At the Plumbing Supply And More, we want you to get the perfect product for your project and be happy with the result. We realize that you may receive something that turns out to be not what you needed or wanted, and if a product needs to be returned, we will strive to make that process easy for you.

Return Procedure in Summary

Use our online return tool to create a return or email our Customer Care Team (customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com) to set up a return over the phone. NOTE: Your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form MUST be included in the return package.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.

Include all paperwork (sales ticket, RGA Form), parts, and accessories.

All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.

Do not write on or place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Send the return package to the address listed on your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form.

The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice. Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery status.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Returns are inspected at our warehouse upon receipt. Credit will be given to items we determine have not been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect). We will issue a refund for qualifying returned merchandise within 10 days of receipt of the returned item(s). We will issue credit to special order returns that are deemed defective only.
