PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
(a) Price, Payment and Fraud
(i) ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES BY SELLER. Buyer’s credit card will be charged at prices in effect at the time of order.
(ii) All FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES in effect at the time of sale shall be paid by Buyer. Plumbing Supply And More charges and collects sales/use tax in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania when the orders are placed or shipped. Purchases outside of Pennsylvania may be subject to sales/use tax as determined by states' laws. Purchasers are required to pay sales/use taxes using the appropriate federal, state, and local forms.
(iii) PAYMENT METHODS All accounts are due and payable by credit card or ACH bank transfer as specified on the order page during checkout.
Paying by Credit Card
Plumbing Supply And More accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards must have a United States billing address in order to be accepted by Plumbing Supply And More. We cannot accept credit cards with international billing addresses.
Buyer is not entitled to set-off any amounts due to Seller by any amount due by Seller to Buyer in connection with any transaction governed by these Terms and Conditions or any other agreements between Buyer and Seller.
(iv) FRAUD PROTECTION Plumbing Supply And More is committed to protecting against credit card fraud. Stolen credit cards hurt both the customer and our company. Here at Plumbing Supply And More, our team reviews hundreds of orders each day to keep fraud ratings low. Plumbing Supply And More reserves the right to request more information in the event that fraudulent activity is suspected. If necessary, our team will alert you that your order is being held in our system. We will request a copy of the credit card used, as well as the purchaser's license. If requested, you will be instructed take a photo or copy of your license and credit card and send it via email to customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com.

(b) Shipment
All purchases of items from Seller are FOB Origination and will be shipped once all credit card or ACH bank transfer information has been verified. We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
Plumbing Supply And More only accepts and ships orders to the United States and Puerto Rico, no other international orders will be accepted.
You can select other shipping methods which you will be responsible to pre-pay. For heavier items, Plumbing Supply And More may be required to ship the package using one of our freight carriers.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). You can track your order and review your order details on the Plumbing Supply And More My Account page. Your email may contain an estimated delivery date. Please note that the date provided is an estimate, and you are not guaranteed delivery on this date.
*From time to time, package sizing or weight for selected items will be outside the FREE shipping guarantee. For these items, the shipping will appear at check-out and will be prepaid and added to the order
(c) Delivery
Products will be shipped to an address designated by Buyer and Seller will make a good faith effort to deliver goods in accordance with the estimated delivery times. Estimated delivery times are determined by the method of shipping Buyer chooses at time of purchase. Seller reserves the right to add the cost of shipping to the purchase price based on the shipping method that Buyer selects.
(d) Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, change, or modification you will need to contact our Customer Service Team (customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com). Buyer is responsible for all applicable cancellation, freight fee and/or restocking fees unless the order change is due to error in shipping by Plumbing Supply And More.
(e) Suspension of Orders
If Buyer's account is deemed fraudulent, then Seller may suspend or terminate, without liability or notice, all of Buyer's orders.
(h) Quantity Limits
Plumbing Supply And More reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same payment account and/or to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or same email address. We will provide notification to the customer email and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied.
(i) Order Acceptance
(i) Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
(ii) Plumbing Supply And More also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services for which the sale or use of such products and/or services in your state is restricted or prohibited.
(iii) The sale or bid shall not be binding unless and until approved by Seller, and freight and transportation charges will be in addition to such sale or bid, as applicable.
(j) Color and Finishes
Although Plumbing Supply And More attempts to display the colors of the products shown on this Website as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the item color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used by you.
(k) Terms of Use
No term or condition of a sale may be modified or amended without our prior written consent. The terms and conditions contained herein supersede all prior oral or written negotiations and agreements between you and us and any inconsistent course of dealing or trade practice which may previously have existed. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You are responsible to keep Plumbing Supply And More up to date on the account information to include billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, emails, and contacts. Plumbing Supply And More requires you to manage your account information directly online. If unauthorized use of your account has occurred due to inaccurate information, you will remain fiscally responsible for any invoices, orders placed, credit card fraud, chargebacks or returned checks. RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then you may return it to Plumbing Supply And More in accordance with the following terms:
(a) No merchandise will be accepted for return without the applicable sale ticket and a return goods authorization (RGA) must be obtained from Seller prior to returning product. UP TO 30 DAYS ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITH A RESTOCKING FEE* MINIMUM 25% HANDLING CHARGE MAY BE APPLICABLE ON RETURNED ITEMSOVER 30 DAYS. Prices prevailing at the time of shipment shall apply to returns.
*There will be no credits, refunds, or exchanges for any merchandise purchased from Plumbing Supply And More if the items is not in the original packaging or if the item has been used.

Print - Fill out the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form online. Your form MUST be included in the return package.

Pack - Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include all paperwork, sales ticket, RGA form, parts, and accessories.

Ship - Send the return package to the address listed on your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form. The return package is to be sent using the carrier stated on the RGA Form and is pre-paid for your convenience. You are responsible for the return fees for every item returned, these will be deducted when processing accepted returned goods.

Return Shipping
If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns created because we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item and/or the item is damaged or defected, qualify for free return shipping up to 30 days after the item was shipped. Once the items are received, inspected, and accepted for return you will receive a refund based on your original payment method less the return shipment fee.
Return Policy for Non-Returnable Items
A small number of items that we sell are labeled as "Non-Returnable.” These special-order items are not eligible for our standard return policy described on this page. We do not accept returns or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items. If you require assistance with a Non-Returnable Item, please contact our Customer Care team.
Ordered the Wrong Products
Please use our online return tool to create and print your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form. If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can also call or email our Customer Service Team to set up the return for you. The products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. The Return Form must be included in the box. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange. There will be no restocking fee if you return the item within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, a restocking fee will be applied. We don't offer exchanges, but we would be happy to assist you in locating the correct item if you did make an incorrect purchase, if you need assistance please email our Customer Care Team.
Received Defective/Damaged Products
Plumbing Supply And More must be notified of defective products within 30 days of receipt. Please use our online return tool to create and print your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form. You can also email our Customer Care Team (customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com) to set up the return for you. Be sure to include all pages of the Return Good Authorization (RGA) Form and original sales ticket with the returned package.
Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)
It is rare that Plumbing Supply And More sends out the wrong products, as we double check every order. However, if you receive an incorrect product, you must notify Plumbing Supply And More within 30 days of delivery by using our online return tool to create and print your Return Good Authorization (RGA) Form. You can also email our Customer Care Team to set up the return for you. If you do not place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your return. All products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. The Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form and sales ticket must be included with the package.
International Returns
We do not ship to any location outside of United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to any international locations. We do not accept any returns from international locations.
Freight Packages —Please Inspect Upon Delivery
Please inspect all freight packages carefully before signing for them. If a package looks damaged in any way because of the shipping process, please do not sign for it. Refuse delivery and contact Plumbing Supply And More Customer Care Team (customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com) immediately with a description of the damage. We will contact the freight company and begin a claim so that we can send a new product to you. Our Customer Care Team will assist you with the next and appropriate actions.
Replacing Items Under Manufacturer Warranty
Plumbing Supply And More honors all manufacturer warranties for our products. If there is no warranty offered by the manufacturer (See WARRANY POLICY), Plumbing Supply And More does not extend warranties above that of the manufacturer. Disposable items include but are not limited to materials that are meant to be discarded and replaced, such as media air filters and water system replacement cartridges. If you are experiencing an issue with a product purchased through Plumbing Supply And More that is still covered by a valid manufacturer's warranty, please contact a Plumbing Supply And More Customer Care Team (customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com) . A member of the Plumbing Supply And More Customer Care Team will advise you of the next steps for getting your replacement as fast as possible. In some cases, this will require you to troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturer directly to obtain a case or claim number. Because of the nature of warranty claims, this process can sometimes take several business days. We will do everything we can to minimize the wait and resolve your issue.
In many cases, larger items that are malfunctioning will not be eligible for a whole unit or system exchange; examples include boilers, water heaters, and air conditioning units. Warranty policies for such items typically cover parts only and labor costs are rarely covered. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the warranty item back to Buyer and Plumbing Supply And More will pay the shipping costs to send out the replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Item(s) must be used in appropriate applications, and replacement parts must be the correct listed replacement suggested by the manufacturer to be eligible for warranty coverage. Plumbing Supply And More reserves the right to limit the quantity of replacements issued under warranty if not specified under the Manufacturer warranty policy.
All Other Returns
All returns that don't fit into one of these categories are eligible for return within 90 days of receipt of the product. There will be no restocking fee if your return is set up within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, a restocking fee will be applied to the return. Please use our online return tool to create and print your Return Good Authorization (RGA) Form. You can also email our Customer Care Team (customercare@plumbingsupplyandmore.com) to set up the return for you. All items must be returned in their original packaging and your Return Form must be included in the box.

If the order has not been processed, we will be able to make changes to orders. If the order has been shipped you will need to contact our Customer Care Team and start the Return Good Authorization (RGA) process. At Plumbing Supply And More, we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, and your order could ship within a few minutes of being placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has left our warehouse.

Buyer ("Indemnitor") agrees to indemnify and hold Seller, and Seller's shareholders, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, and employees (collectively "Indemnitee") harmless from any suit, cause of action, judgment or claim ("Claim") for damages to property or bodily injury, loss of life, infringement, liability of any nature, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees (collectively "Damages") to the extent caused directly by the negligent act or omission or intentional misconduct of Indemnitor. Indemnification shall not apply to Damages proximately caused by the negligence of Indemnitee.
ERRORS
(i) Although Seller makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of Seller's publications, Seller is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions and reserve the right to refuse to sell at a misprinted or misrepresented price or description.
(ii) Claims for billing errors or adjustments not received by Seller, in writing, within five (5) business days from the invoice date, will be waived by Buyer.
NON-WAIVER

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION AND VENUE

HVAC Disclaimer
It is highly recommended (and required in certain municipalities) that you hire a licensed, professional to evaluate, size and install this equipment. Improper installation of equipment could cause catastrophic damage or injury if the unit is not installed properly. Most manufacturers require this equipment to be installed by a qualified installer and VOID warranty coverage on equipment not installed by qualified technicians. The installation of these HVAC systems includes electrical, gas and refrigerant connections which is generally regulated by laws, codes, and guidelines at the federal, state, and local levels.
License and Permit Requirements
It is common that an HVAC installer must be licensed by the state or municipality in which the HVAC equipment is to be installed. Some jurisdictions may, in addition, have permit requirements. (Consult your local laws and rules to determine the requirements imposed by your jurisdiction.) Further, local building codes often require that specific types of HVAC connections be made by licensed professionals. For example, licensed plumbers may be required to make any gas or water connections necessary in the installation of an HVAC system; and licensed electricians may be required to make all electrical connections to the HVAC system.
Refrigerant Rules
All HVAC cooling equipment and systems require the use of a refrigerant gas that is compressed and liquefied during the cooling cycle. The two most common refrigerants in the HVAC industry are identified as R-22 and R-410A. Federal, state, and local laws and guidelines are applicable to the introduction, reclamation, and recycling of these refrigerants.
